Sponsorship Opportunities

In order to help support the mission of the Eastern Illinois Chapter to advance the practice of architecture in our part of Illinois, we offer groups and individuals the ability to advertise and sponsor the events we host during the year. Allied Membership (Local Chapter) - See additional description in the marketing PDF

We offer Allied Memberships (Local Chapter) to anyone within the building design and construction industry who would like to join our chapter and to participate in our activities. This includes non-architectural professionals, including engineers, landscape architects, artists, and other professionals in education, government, industry, journalism, etc. Those employed by firms in the construction industry engaged in research, design, development, testing, manufacture, distribution, or training for building and construction products or systems. Representatives of an affiliated or collaborating organization may attend regular Meetings of the Chapter, and may speak at such Meetings on invitation.

The Allied Membership which automatically includes one year of advertising is $400. (Affiliate Membership + Advertising).

We also offer advertising space in our monthly newsletter, Eastwords, which is distributed to our entire membership and to others throughout the state. This includes additional social media advertising. The cost for advertising ONLY is $300 annually.

A combined value package of Affiliate Membership which includes one year of advertising is available for $400. (Affiliate Membership + Advertising). This is the best option- see above.

Monthly Meetings-In Person (Typically Last Wednesday of each month U.N.O.)

The chapter holds a monthly meeting typically on the last Wednesday of the month (Unless Noted Otherwise). The meeting starts with an hour of networking and cocktails. We then have dinner followed by a continuing education presentation. We typically ask for a meeting sponsorship (listed below) to help defray the costs of the students & guest dinners. (Consider it a "Lunch 'n Learn" for 20-25 attendees) - Check Registration Ticket for pricing.

• +2 Months of free advertising is included in with sponsoring a meeting.

• +1 Complimentary dinner & drinks included.

Annual Golf Outing - Springtime (Changed from Fall to Spring).

Every Spring-thaw our Chapter hosts a golf outing event at the prestigious Cog Hill Golf Course in Lemont, Illinois (Location subject to change- check the meeting details page). The event is held to raise funds for our annual scholarships for students studying to become the next generation of architects.

All sponsors will be recognized in our Eastwords Newsletter and tournament program, and at the dinner event. Hole Sponsors will have company’s name/logo displayed at a tee box on course.

Annual Dinner - Early/Mid December

At the end of the year, our chapter hosts an annual holiday dinner and celebration to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of our members. In every other year, we use this event to give out our design awards. We offer a number of different sponsorship levels for the event. See the available sponsorship catalog.
