Distinguished Building Awards
Outstanding Service to the Community

Student Award
This award honors the projects of chapter members for design excellence. Environmental harmony, economy, aesthetics, functionality, accessibility to persons with disabilities, and attention to social concerns will be essential criteria for each submission considered by the jury. The program serves to increase public awareness of the outstanding services provided by architects, as well as emphasize the importance of the architect’s role in shaping the quality of the built environment.

This award honors individual members of the Chapter who distinguish themselves in providing service to the architectural community and to the communities which they serve. Activities that help raise awareness of architecture in the community and to better serve the community will be considered by the jury. This award serves to honor those who help to promote the profession of architecture beyond the built environment.

This award is for high school and college students who are pursuing an architectural education, to honor their excellent work in pursuit of their professional degree. This program serves to encourage students to continue pursuing their path to becoming architects.
